License & Usage
Short version:You bought a Lean training pack. Use it. Run training with your team. Print it, hand it out, adapt it for your floor. Don’t resell it. Don’t post it publicly. The license is broad inside your operation, narrow outside it.
What you CAN do
- Run training with your team. That’s the whole point. Read the deck slide-by-slide. Print the audit cards for your floor. Quiz the operators. Hand out flashcards.
- Use it across multiple shifts and crews at the same plant or site. One purchase = one operation.
- Print as many copies as you need for internal use. Print the audit card weekly forever. Print 200 flashcards if you have 200 operators.
- Adapt the materialsfor your specific shop floor — change the examples, add your own machine names, translate to your team’s language. Make it real for your context.
- Show it to vendors, customers, or auditors if it helps explain how your floor runs.
- Email it to a colleague at the same company who needs to run the same training.
What you CAN’T do
- Resell, sublicense, or sell modified versions. Not on Etsy, not on Gumroad, not on a corporate template marketplace, not bundled into someone else’s product.
- Post the files publicly. No Google Drive shares, no Dropbox public links, no GitHub repos, no torrent uploads, no SlideShare uploads.
- Use it across multiple separate companies you work with as a consultant. If you’re a consultant running training at 5 different client plants, that needs 5 separate purchases. (Or contact me about a consultant license — happy to work that out.)
- Claim authorship or remove attribution from the materials.
- Repackage and offer as a “free download” to grow your own email list.
Site / operation scope
“One purchase = one operation” means:
- Single plant / single facility: fully covered. Use across all shifts, all crews, all departments.
- Multi-site enterprise (e.g. 3+ plants under one corporate roof):contact me — there’s a multi-site license at a discount. Email [email protected].
- Consultant / training vendor reselling to clients: need a consultant license. Email me. The standard product is for direct in-house use.
I don’t enforce per-seat audits or DRM on PDFs because that’s not how training actually works on a shop floor. The rules above are the spirit: use it broadly inside your operation, don’t redistribute outside it.
If you accidentally over-share
It happens. Someone forwards the deck to a colleague at another company, that colleague forwards it to two more. If you find out, just point them to leanmark.aiand ask them to buy their own copy. I’m not going to chase you over it. The honor system works because the price is low enough that genuine users prefer to buy than to leech.
If you intentionally redistribute
If I find the files on a public site, a course aggregator, or being resold under a different name, I’ll send a takedown notice and revoke your license. The audit card has a discreet purchaser hash embedded in the PDF metadata so I can trace original buyer if needed.
Updates and version changes
When I update a module (better examples, bug fixes, new data), all existing buyers get the updated download automatically — same Lemon Squeezy order, no extra purchase. The license terms in this page apply to all versions you’ve ever received.
